Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow
ITSM, ITBM, ITOM and be able to drive related processes, deliver
requirements, designs and builds in support of ServiceNow services.
This position liaises between business and technical teams to
ensure common understanding. Acts as an advocate for and on behalf
of requestors to identify priority asks. Drives business value
through process improvement and delivering new features which
enable our user base to more effectively consume platform
capabilities.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing
responsibility, competency, and skill level. Actual position title
and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate's experience
and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the definition of business processes in order to measure,
analyze, improve and control the process being reviewed.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders, aligning the
understanding of requirements, and identifying cross functional
changes/impacts of the specifications for solution delivery.
Liaises between business and technical teams to ensure common
understanding.--- Advocate on behalf of requestors to identify

Develops recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives
and/or enhancements to current systems.
Investigates business performance and other measures to gain
insight and drive business planning; applies continuous iterative
processes.
Performs cost benefit and return on investment analyses for
proposed systems to aid management in making implementation
decisions.
Supports implementation of ways to improve working processes in the
team.
Supports monitoring the execution of IT service management
practices around incident, Change, Problem and Solution Development
Lifecycle (SDLC) delivery methodologies for improvement and
collaboration, including more advanced configuration tasks.
Coordinates test case development, execution and support of
strategy creation for technology delivery.
Plans, executes, and documents user stories, user feedback to
support the development of prototypes and wireframes. Participates
and contributes in Agile ceremonies including daily calls,
iteration planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives and PI
planning exercises.
Supports efforts related to ServiceNow service delivery including
ensuring all required steps are performed to validate platform
usability, best practice processes, access controls, compliance,
integrations, CMDB, event management. Ensures appropriate software
models are created in the system of record with ownership and
support traceability. Generates product catalog for end user
consumption.
Ensures successful delivery of all tasks and enhancements assigned
to them, including communicating priority, addresses questions and
roadblocks throughout the SDLC process, performing functional
acceptance testing and production validation.---
Monitors the execution of IT Service Management practices within
Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) delivery methodologies for
improvement and collaboration, including more advanced
configuration tasks.
Supports and assists third party vendors providing service
management operational services to ensure execution is in-line with
MPC's Service Mgt governance, policies and handling procedures.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred, related field
or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant experience required, IT Service Management
experience preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow Platform analysis and software
development processes preferred.
Familiar with ITIL processes as delivered through SN IT Service
Management suite of applications.

performance measures such as return on investment (ROI), cost
reduction, and quality of service.
Change Management - The process of controlled identification,
planning and implementation of required initiatives to prepare,
support and help individuals, teams and organizations to navigate
through change.
Communication & Collaboration - Excellent communication skills to
effectively interact with stakeholders, gather requirements,
present architectural proposals, and collaborate with cross
functional teams.
Continuous Improvement - An ongoing effort to evaluate and improve
products, services, or processes through incremental and
breakthrough improvements.
Incident Management - Ensuring that any incidents affecting
processes and performances of relevant technology services or
systems are managed appropriately to mitigate risk and minimize
disruption.
Innovation Management - The process of taking innovative ideas from
their inception to implementation.
IT Risk Management - The development of policies, procedures, and
technologies to mitigate threats from malicious actors and reduce
information technology vulnerabilities.

stakeholders.
Solution Design - The process to translate high level technical
