With a reputation for excellence, we specialize in diverse construction projects, and we are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with expertise in masonry to join our team.
As a Superintendent specializing in masonry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. Project Management: Lead and manage masonry construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including masons, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that masonry work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and internal team members, to ensure project objectives are clear and met.
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on masonry projects.
In-depth knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in masonry or construction management (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on masonry projects.
