  • Posting Accounts Receivable and light collections.
  • Generate billing to create invoices for each individual client.
  • Scanning of documents into the accounting system.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and distribute accounts payable mail for coding.Preferred Experience for the Billing Specialist:
    • Proven general accounting experience ( 1 - 2 years)
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel and various functions to produce accurate reportingCB2
