Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program is growing - come join the team!Objectives of this Role:Support the success of internal and external DEI events to include outreach events.Coordinate key internal requirements in planning and executing DEI celebrations.Support DEI events conducted on SwRI campus as well as in the community.Collaborate with multiple HR functions to support the DEI initiatives.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:Work closely with Program Manager to plan, organize and execute DEI celebrations and develop proposal boilerplate.Draft communications for DEI Program announcements, celebrations, and special events.Maintain rosters and administratively support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).Stay apprised of best practices and recommended strategies for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvements to the overall DEI efforts at SwRI.Support the design, implementation and administration of DEI Program initiatives and develop and deliver special internal training.Requirements:Requires a Bachelors degree in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Human Resources, Communications or related fields.1-3 years: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the fields of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging or Accessibility.1-3 years: Interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably communicate and partner effectively with diverse populations.Oral and written communication skill needed for creating presentations and drafting communications utilizing Microsoft Office.A valid/clear driver's license is required.PDN-993d60fd-12b2-41b8-8ddb-2d58b0193cb0
