  What will the Accountant Assistant do?
  
  • 
    
  • Cash Management: Process cash sweeps as needed between money market and operating accounts throughout the month for all properties.
    
  • Balance cash accounts to bank and the software Yardi daily.
    
  • Ensures accuracy and timelines of financial information, reporting, product costing and analysis to support sound business decision-making.
    
  • Responsible for timely monthly closing process.
    
  • Performance of company's financial functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll, treasury, costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
    
  • Fixed assets.
    
    What the company needs in the Accountant Assistant:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
      
    • 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
      
    • Advanced Excel skills
      
    • Attention to detail and ability to identify and improve financial process improvements and internal controls.
