Job Description:
Assist tax department in the preparation of state income tax
estimates, extensions, entity workpapers, and tax returns. ¿
Knowledge of corporate and/or partnership state tax compliance.
¿ Proficient with Thomson Reuters OneSource Income Tax, and RIA
Checkpoint Research software programs;
¿ Experience with multistate income tax compliance; to include tax
returns, extensions, and estimate tax payments;
¿ Thorough tax knowledge and ability to research state tax laws,
policies, and procedures;
¿ Experience with OneSource State Apportionment, Adobe Acrobat
Professional and/or creation of electronic workpaper preparation a
plus;
¿ Experience with real estate industry state compliance is also a
plus.
