We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable in the Transportation/Logistics industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations within a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of invoicing, collections, and ledger management. Efficiently reconcile invoices and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and analyze income statements and create detailed financial reports. Set up new customers in the accounting system and maintain up-to-date customer information. Use advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in both English and Spanish. Use accounting software and McLeod Software to manage financial operations. Work closely with the logistics or transposition industry to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Manage and maintain accruals and ensure financial information is up to date and accurate. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software and McLeod Software. Experience with ledger management, invoicing, collections, and reconciling invoices. Strong understanding of income statements and the ability to create detailed financial reports. Experience with customer setup and maintaining up-to-date customer information. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Experience in the logistics or transposition industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
