Primary Responsibilities

HDR Engineering is looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Administrative Project Coordinator works closely with a Project Management team and business leadership. This person will also provide a broad range of non-technical administrative support to the project team(s). This may include some or all of the following activities:

--- Record keeping for project tasks

--- Project scheduling (Primavera, MS Project, Outlook)

--- Proofing and editing documents

--- Production and distribution of project deliverables

--- Material procurement

--- Filing (network drives, Newforma and ProjectWise)

--- Quality assurance support and documentation

--- Project initiation and close-out

--- Resource planning

--- Compliance with HDR and client policies and procedures

--- Administrative and potential financial support of engineering staff

--- Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

--- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience

--- 2 years related experience

--- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

--- Knowledge of Newforma

--- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

--- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

--- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required

--- Knowledge of A/E industry desired

--- Knowledge of basic project management principles and practices

--- Basic knowledge of project oriented finances

--- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

--- Bachelor's degree preferred

--- Preference given to candidates local to the San Antonio area
