About the Role: Gamez Law Firm is seeking a bilingual
(Spanish-speaking) Office Receptionist to join our team in San
Antonio, TX. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will
play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming
environment for our clients. Join us and be a part of a dynamic and
supportive team! Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and
visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Issues and
collect intake forms for prospective clients Answer and direct
phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to
callers Work directly with insurance and medical providers for open
cases Manage the firm's calendar, schedule appointments, and
maintain a tidy reception area Assist with administrative tasks
such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents Handle
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist attorneys and
staff with various tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information with integrity Flexibility and
willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills Prior experience with insurance
and/or medical field Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional, friendly and polished demeanor Strong attention to
detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain a positive and
friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment Compensation/Wages:
