Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, implements,
evaluates, monitors and manages all fiscal programs for hospital
and nursing administration. Provides guidance to management on
fiscal reporting requirements and budget planning methodology.
Works with all department leadership on a monthly basis to review
operational performance vs. budget and annually to develop
operational budgets. Promotes the University Health System Customer
Relation’s policy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing Administration, Financial Management, Business or Hospital
Administration and four years experience in general hospital
budgetary and management activities required. Masters Degree in
Nursing Administration, Financial Management, Business or Hospital
Administration and two years experience in general hospital
budgetary and management activities is preferred.
