Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr.
Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform facilities
maintenance work, as directed, and assist in helping others in
maintenance department project work and preventative maintenance
tasks. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform repairs to building and
fixed facility equipment. Remove and replace broken equipment.
Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as required. Replace
ballasts, light fixtures, and bulbs. Paint facilities as needed.
Basic level HVAC repairs and PM's. Keep inventory of maintenance
supplies and materials required for facilities maintenance. Ensure
proper inventory levels of repair parts so repairs can be made in a
timely manner. Purchase repair parts; process paperwork. Ability to
work overtime, evenings, and occasional weekends due to project
assignments. Attending scheduled training and departmental
meetings. Operate company or personal vehicle as needed. Maintains
punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. QUALIFICATIONS: High
School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and a minimum of
three years of related experience in facilities maintenance and
operations, or an equivalent combination of education and work
experience. 3 Years of experience performing PM and troubleshooting
for HVAC units, Air compressors, Vacuum systems. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND ABILITIES: Good verbal and written skills to articulate details
and communicate effectively across departments. Ability to respond
to calls and emergencies after hours. Proficiency with MS
Office/Google Docs required. Technical education and/or hands-on
experience in the following are a plus: HVAC maintenance and
operation, electrical power distribution, process water (RO/DI) and
compressed air systems (CDA). Understanding of maintenance function
and ability to perform maintenance-related tasks. Should have basic
working knowledge of facilities tools. Basic building Management
system experience is a plus. The pay range is listed and actual
compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique
to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years &
depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor
