We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team and make an immediate impact across San Antonio, TX. Position: Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units) Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently Follow safety protocols and industry standards Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support Keep accurate service records and support additional service areas as needed Requirements: 3 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills Technical training (apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience) Valid driver’s license and clean record EPA certification required What We Offer: Hands-on training and leadership development.
