Job Description Job Description Open Positions: • Project Managers: $80-$150K, DOE, company vehicle & card • Estimators: $80-$150K, DOE, company card This is a company in AUSTIN, TX (must be willing to relocate or commute) PROJECT MANAGER Civil / Commercial Construction Responsibilities • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and cost forecasting • Resolve unforeseen conditions and utility conflicts while maintaining schedule and budget • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Qualifications • 5 years of project management experience in civil or commercial construction • Experience with site development, utilities, and concrete scopes • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel) • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills ESTIMATOR Heavy Civil / Utilities / Commercial Sitework Responsibilities • Prepare conceptual, hard-bid, GMP, and lump-sum estimates for civil construction projects • Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, concrete, and associated scopes • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing • Assemble bid packages, perform bid leveling, and support value engineering • Collaborate with operations teams to support smooth project handoff Qualifications • 3 years of civil construction estimating experience • Strong understanding of site development and utility construction methods • Experience with estimating and takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Stack, Excel) • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023 -06/22- 088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay - transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
