experienced Regional Manager with a proven ability to lead
turnaround assets, stabilize underperforming properties, and build
high-performing teams. This is a roving role that travels regularly
to communities needing operational transformation making it ideal
for a strong operator who thrives on solving challenges and driving
measurable results. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of
multifamily and student housing assets, with a focus on
underperforming or value-add properties. Create and execute
turnaround and repositioning strategies that improve NOI,
occupancy, and resident experience. Audit operations, identify
inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that align with
company standards. Coach and develop onsite teams to strengthen
leadership, accountability, and performance. Manage budgets,
P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting with precision.
Collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and corporate teams to
maximize performance and asset value. Conduct regular property
visits and performance reviews across assigned markets.
Qualifications 5 years of regional or multi-site leadership
experience in multifamily, student housing, or hospitality
operations. Demonstrated success in turning around or stabilizing
distressed or high-need communities. Strong financial and
analytical skills with proven P&L management expertise. Skilled
in team development, conflict resolution, and change management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred. Ability to travel up to 75 percent or
