Job Description Job Description Insulator Crew -
Sprayers/Helpers Summary This position is responsible for the spray
foam insulation in homes, apartments, or for other customers. This
position reports to the Truck Foreman. Requirements: Installation
or application of foam insulation materials. Assists in loading
materials in truck each morning. Ensure proper safety gear is worn
and safety procedures followed. Ensure job sites are cleaned up of
all debris at all times All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized
to work in the United States. Ability to install various insulation
materials; 6 to 8 hours per day. Ability to work overtime hours
frequently. Ability to lift heavy materials 30-50 lbs. Ability to
withstand exposed to heat and other weather conditions when
installing. Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds. Ability to
withstand the dusty conditions of a construction environment.
