Key Responsibilities You will promote customer satisfaction by
converting incoming customer calls into booked service
appointments. You will need to learn the call script in order to
sound professional and authenticwhen speaking with our customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and
address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Effectively communicate with customers regarding appointment
details, technician arrivals, and any necessary rescheduling.
Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensuretheir
satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. Maintain a
professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions,
striving to exceed their expectations. Participate in training so
that you grow and develop as a professional. Maintain and update
our customer database with complete and accurate information. Key
Sub Responsibilities Receive service requests and dispatch HVAC
technicians to job sites, considering factors such as technician
expertise, location, andworkload. Maintain a real-time schedule,
ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of
service calls. Monitor technician progress and communicate any
changes or delays to customers, keeping them informed throughout
the process. Collaborate with technicians and other team members to
optimize schedules and maximize productivity. Generate work orders,
invoices, and other necessary documents with attention to detail
and accuracy. Other job duties that are applicable to your
position/skill set Requirements Previous experience in customer
service and/or dispatching, preferably within the HVAC or service
industry. Required shift Monday-Thursday 11AM-8PM and Saturday
9:00AM- 5PM with 1 hour lunch. High school diploma or equivalent;
additional education orcertifications in customer service or
related fields is advantageous. Experience using a Service Titan
and House Call. Availability on weekday evenings and Saturday
mornings. 5 or more years of experience CSR experience Call Center
experience
