Job Description:
Reporting to the President of Morgan’s Inclusion Institute, the
Inclusion Strategist will lead the development, implementation, and
evaluation of learning strategies that advance disability inclusion
across client organizations. Serving as a key liaison between the
Institute and its partners, this role is responsible for designing
high-quality curricula, training programs, instructional materials,
and learning experiences that equip organizations to build
accessible and inclusive cultures. The Inclusion Strategist will
also lead the planning and execution of specific client’s inclusion
consulting engagements. Through consulting, training, and
curriculum development, the Strategist will help organizations
integrate universal design principles, strengthen
ultra-accessibility practices, and cultivate cultures of belonging
