Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Professional License is
needed for a part-time, itinerant contract position serving middle
school students in San Antonio, TX. This role supports students in
grades 6-8 across two campuses, providing specialized services
aligned with individualized education plans. Key Details: Location:
On-site in San Antonio, TX at two middle schools Assignment:
Itinerant position between both schools Schedule: Approximately 30
hours per week, part-time Duration: March 31, 2026 to May 29, 2026
Caseload: Approx. 100 students ages 11-14 Focus: Speech-language
pathology services for students with communication disorders
Position Type: Contract, covering a maternity leave Qualifications
and Requirements: Current Professional License in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC preferred) Experience working in a school setting
with K-12 students, ideally middle school aged Ability to manage an
itinerant caseload effectively Completion of fingerprinting and
background check per district policies Strong communication and
collaboration skills for working with educators and families
Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for
speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized
therapy plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and support staff to monitor progress Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with district and federal regulations
Travel between two assigned schools to deliver services
