Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
specializing in teletherapy to support K-12 students in need of
voice and speech services. The role is fully remote, leveraging
telepractice to deliver therapeutic interventions and oversee
indirect services including supervision of an SLPA. Essential
functions include conducting therapy sessions, observing and
guiding the SLPAs work, collecting classroom data, preparing for
and attending IEP meetings, and ensuring compliance with state
licensure requirements. Key qualifications: Active Texas SLP
licensure is mandatory Bilingual abilities in voice and speech
therapy are highly valued Experience with teletherapy platforms and
remote service delivery Ability to supervise and add an SLPA under
the SLP license; completion of a brief 2-hour webinar may be
required if supervision experience is limited Familiarity with IEP
processes and data collection techniques Strong communication and
organizational skills to coordinate with educators and families
Assignment Location: Remote; services provided to students in San
Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based teletherapy
services to K-12 students with speech and voice disorders Observe
and support the SLPAs therapeutic activities ensuring quality
service delivery Accurately collect and maintain classroom and
therapy data essential for IEP development Collaborate in
multidisciplinary IEP meetings to advocate for student needs
Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards,
including timely documentation and credentialing Benefits include a
