A company is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer 2
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer
to drive service improvement initiatives and lead process
improvements
Assist in coordinating team meetings, managing functions, and
developing technical documentation
Collaborate with other IT support groups to provide an outstanding
customer experience
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating
systems, with a strong understanding of networks and protocols
Ability to influence others to achieve results
Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to set
priorities and delegate
Preferred certifications in ITIL, MCP, MCSE, or other hardware
certifications
