Job Duties:
Work closely with operations to perform process mapping
Create and maintain documentation in ARIS
Report opportunities to leadership
Suggest quality and productivity improvement measures to enhance
operational efficiency
Requirements:
3+ years of Process Improvement experience - able to identify
efficiency opportunities from current maps and data flow
diagrams
Experience with process mapping
Experience documenting and gathering requirements
Excel proficiency - pivot tables, formulas
Aris (highly preferred) but open to iGrafx and Visio
Preferred:
Financial Services experience
Black Belt
