Job Description Job Description Reliability Engineer Reliability Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with a specific emphasis on automotive and power electronic systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute reliability test plans for new products and existing systems Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance Conduct root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for reliability Support the development of reliability metrics and reporting systems Participate in design reviews to provide reliability insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and tools Experience with power electronics and power converters Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software Knowledge of thermal and temperature testing procedures Hands-on experience with motor systems and testing Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K with Match Bonus Opportunity Generous PTO Policy - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
