What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment up to 480 volts. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime. Install and upgrade electrical systems and components. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to optimize plant operations. What Are We Looking For Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and components required; MSHA part 46 compliant preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Manual dexterity to handle tools and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.
