Interpret digital radiographs Perform process control checks &
statistical process monitoring Interface with vendors, tooling and
automation groups to define requirements, manage projects through
to delivery Develop and deliver advanced nondestructive evaluation
inspection solutions Understand and debug hardware and software
interactions Use field data to improve design and performance of
NDE systems Core Competencies Previously Certified CR/DR in
accordance with: NAS 410/SNT-TC-1A High school diploma or
equivalency certificate 5 years NDT Experience Works autonomously
Good written, oral, and presentation skills Experience training NDT
assistants Proficiency with different NDT data acquisition
softwares Expertise interpreting 2D engineering drawings and model
drawings High competence with Industry Standards ASTM, ASME, AWS,
etc Preferred Skills ASNT RT III Bachelor's degree in an
engineering discipline, physics, or computer science 6 years of
hands-on technical engineering experience Advanced Manufacturing
Experience Castings EB Welds Explosion Bonding Composites Laser
Welding Powder Metallurgy Knowledge of a variety of NDE techniques
such as ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, digital
radiography testing, etc. Knowledge of industrial automation
Experience with software and automation coding (Labview, Python,
C#, SQL) Experience with POD Studies Knowledge of Statistical
Process Controls Experience with root cause analysis Familiarity
with JIRA or similar task/feature tracking systems Experience with
quality systems (ISO 9000/AS9100/NADCAP) Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends to meet critical
deadlines when/if needed Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted,
bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs,
reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run Must be willing and able to
travel to customer sites on an as needed basis, ~100% travel
required . Itar Requirements To conform to U.S. Government export
regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii)
U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii)
Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or
be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S.
Department of State.
