Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with inspection processes, and the ability to ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards before reaching our customers. Responsibilities: Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Perform dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Document inspection results and prepare reports for production and quality teams. Identify defects, nonconformities, and deviations; communicate findings with supervisors and production staff. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product reliability and consistency. Maintain accurate inspection records in accordance with company procedures and ISO standards. Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related field (manufacturing environment preferred). Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance processes. Strong communication and documentation skills. High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
