DescriptionSummary:CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is seeking an exceptional clinician-educator leader to join the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio, TX as Program Director.Successful applicants will have an MD or DO degree and board certification in an area of specialty by an appropriate AOA or AMA board. Leadership, administrative, patient care, and teaching skills are required.Requirements:II.A.3. Qualifications of the program director:II.A.3.a) must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documentededucational and/or administrative experience, or qualifications acceptable to the ReviewCommittee; (Core)II.A.3.b) must include current certification in the specialty for which they are the programdirector by the American Board of Family Medicine or by the American Osteopathic Board ofFamily Physicians, or specialty qualifications that are acceptable to the Review Committee; (Core)II.A.3.c) must include current medical licensure and appropriate medical staffappointment; and, (Core)II.A.3.d) must include ongoing clinical activity.
