This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be critical to running all of marketing. You will lead teams responsible for brand, demand generation, partners and product marketing with the ultimate goal to attract, service and create Searchspring fans for life. • Own and drive overall marketing strategy that delivers results
• Lead, coach, and expand a team of high performing marketers
• Delivering harmonious brand messages across all channels as well as internal communications
• Work with the partner team to help drive a best in class program
• Working with high performing senior leaders across the entire company
• Work with the product team to deliver product marketing both to existing customers and to prospective customers
• Executing a playbook for compelling brand marketing/advertising campaigns to come to life, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, and optimized at different times for experience, press coverage, brand sentiment shifts, engagement, and overall sales impact
• Be a Player/Coach, providing hands-on leadership to build and motivate a top-performing team

  • Demonstrated experience developing the marketing strategy and leading a team which helped propel a prior company to leader in their category
  • Are an effective internal and external communicator, with strong written and verbal communications
  • Appreciates and invests in the entire process, from product, to sales, and also customer experience
  • Love connecting with, and creating value for the customer Requirements
    • 10+ years in marketing and leadership experience
    • Experience leading a team of 8+ people across brand, creative, demand gen, and analytical functions
    • Experience in SaaS and B2B required
    • Ability to provide and set a clear direction to the executive team around brand and GTM strategy
    • Experience growing a business and marketing a brand to $100m+ revenue
    • Strong operating experience and commercial acumen. Has potential as a future portfolio company CEO
      Remote initially accepted, relocation at some point preferred to be with the rest of the senior leadership team.
