Hours per Week Exempt Position: 40 hours per week. Required Application Materials Required: Resume and Cover Letter Essential Functions Function: Administers and processes admissions dataloads and assists with error resolution and document intake processes. Scope: Responsible for processing admissions downloads, error reports and document intake, including imaging and indexing.Typical: 1. Responsible for coordinating ApplyTexas,Common App or other application downloads for admissions. 2. Responsible for coordinating SAT/ACT dataloads and college/university transcript dataloads and generated report resolution.3. Responsible for coordinating and processing error report and output reports from the automated admissions processes including resolution of suspension information at both the admissions levels, Corrections and other pertinent admissions information.4. Responsible for coordinating letter generation and resolution of issues. 5. Responsible for producing and sending mass emails for admissions.6. Assists Senior leadership within Enrollment Operations set up of application cycles.7. Assist with document intake processing including mail, imaging and indexing and appropriate distribution for admissions paperwork received via fax, mail, drop box and counter.8. Provides data and/or reports as needed to administration.9. Stays abreast of rules, regulations and provides feedback for implementing new programs or changes to programs; interprets and maintains knowledge of current federal, state and institutional policies, procedures.10. Assists with writing and developing policy and procedures manual for areas of oversight. Periodic:1. Provides periodic reports as needed to leadership.2. Attends state and regional meetings/conferences as necessary.3. Participates in committees and/or task forces across campus as necessary. Required Qualifications Enrollment Data Management Officer I Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Four years of information technology/systems experience may substitute for Bachelor's Degree. One year of admissions, information technology systems, or enrollment management services experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking skills, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with others in a dynamic environment. Group and individual presentation and meeting facilitation skills required.Enrollment Data Management Officer II Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Six years of information technology/systems experience may substitute for Bachelor's Degree. Two years of admissions, information technology/systems, enrollment management/services experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking skills, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively with others in a dynamic environment. Group and individual presentation and meeting facilitation skills required. Preferred Qualifications Enrollment Data Management Officer I Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience in enrollment services/management data management or information technology/systems.Enrollment Data Management Officer I Preferred Qualifications Three years of experience in enrollment services/management data management or information technology/systems. Working Conditions This position will be primarily located: Hybrid-Regularly: This position will require working both remotely and on campus (approximately five or more days on campus per month). Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments. Additional Information UTSA is a tobacco free campus.
