People like working with you because you know how to have fun while you're crushin' it.Strong and fluent oral and written communication.Extremely detail-oriented - you minimize mistakes because you care about getting it right.You like to work really hard - you aren't watching the clock for quittin' time because there is always more than needs to be done, and you like that.You have a familiarity with healthcare insurance and basic insurance jargon.You have experience managing a large team of professionals, ideally working in the field across a geographic area.Responsibilities:Respond promptly to all inquiries for At Home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy (ABA) for patients ages 18 months to 12 years.Use your sales and empathy skills to demonstrate that ABC is the provider of choice.Manage the onboarding process: verify insurance eligibility, compile and maintain confidential medical documents, visit prospective patient homes to ensure they have appropriate therapy space, assign BCBA caseloads, and schedule assessments.Supervise the efforts of up to six Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and their teams of up to nine Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs).Hire, coach, and develop teammates. Hold them accountable for their performance and help them achieve their career objectives.Satisfy key performance indicators (KPIs) including net patient adds, therapist retention, and patient utilization.Manage your budget.Sustain an awesome work culture that stimulates teammate enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between colleagues.
