What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 9 years professional experience required
CPA (or equivalent) preferred
Experience within public company organizations preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred

Why We Need You

Report to the Corporate Controller
Direct day-to-day oversight & development of corporate accounting team
Execute timely & well-controlled monthly close and consolidation of financial records
Direct application of technical standards, including stock-based compensation, debt, and leases
Oversee production of financial statements and select footnotes for SEC/regulatory reporting
Liaise with commercial accounting teams in execution of consolidation & monthly reporting
Liaise with SEC reporting in preparation and support of regulatory reporting activities
Liaise with FP&A in execution of corporate finance objectives & priority initiatives
Contribute to special projects at direction of Corporate Controller & CFO Office
