Job Description:
Job Description● 3 Paid holidays (New Years Day, Thanksgiving,
and Christmas Day)● 5 Paid PTO days per year Proposed Schedule: 40
hrs/week. Start/end of day varies, but the average start time is
8:00 AM and average end time is 5:00 PM. Occasionally some overtime
work is required, but typically totals no more than 4 hours per
week. Job Responsibilities & Duties May Include, But Are Not
Limited to: Administrative● Maximizing scheduled production of
crews● All in-bound phone calls and office emails● Outbound
calls/Confirmation calls/Quality control calls● Managing client
records and assigning leads● Scheduling, Dispatching and Confirming
Appointments● Invoicing Customers and Managing A/R & A/P● Making
bank deposits● Paying bills and writing checks as needed●
Subcontractor assignments and compliance● Coordinating with
Operations Managers for call-backs, fix-its● Creating and running
financial reports for CEO Employee Management● Employee onboarding
through Gusto/Zenefits● Approving employee time and attendance to
payroll● Conducting employee performance reviews with direct
reports Business Development● Tradeshow planning & execution● Sales
role through phone
