Our client, an industry leader in the business intelligence space, is seeking an exceptional sales professional to manage key client relationships and drive growth across existing accounts.
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for retention and growth through subscription renewals and expansion, uplifts and cross-selling across a designated sales territory. The successful candidate will conduct strategic planning and account management, taking full ownership of their jurisdiction and exceeding monthly net sales quotas and quarterly milestone goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high retention and net revenue growth within the existing client base by providing proactive and consultative client support.
  • Manage full subscription renewal cycle for key accounts
  • Garner a deep understanding of clients' business models, to provide solutions that will meet business objectives
  • Manage key client relationships focusing on expansion opportunities
  • Visit client sites, events, and conferences within designated territory
  • Provide detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations to clients and prospects
  • Build a strong working knowledge of competitive landscape and product positioning
  • Maintain accurate internal administrative reports: sales pipeline forecasting, monthly reports to management, renewal planning and proposal preparation
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to key stakeholders including, but not limited to, marketing, product development and research
    Key Requirements for this Role:
    • Proven track record in hitting quota and retention targets
    • Experience in renewal upsells, cross-selling, and additional product add-ons
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field required
