Analytics Manager will join the Digital Platforms Team, reporting
to the AVP, Digital Platforms Manager. This role will provide
valuable analysis and insight to better leverage NFP's marketing
capabilities and quantify the impact of NFP's marketing strategies.
This role will collaborate with the broader Marketing, Sales
Enablement & Technology teams on various activities including event
marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, digital advertising,
website analytics, and social media. This individual will help
develop key measurement strategies and governance to ensure
consistency in reporting and analysis across marketing
touchpoints.The Marketing Analytics Manager will ensure NFP is
effectively collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to drive
smart, innovative decisions, support adjustments/refinements, and
accelerate action across all marketing efforts and in support of
the company's overarching goals.Essential Functions And
ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and formulating the business
questions data analyses will answerTranslating business
requirements into data analyst requirementsLeading and providing
appropriate analysis and actionable insightsBe responsible for
analytics reporting and insight in accordance with core KPIs,
developing and delivering a range of reporting capabilities to
highlight the effectiveness of marketing activitiesDefine and
deliver appropriate analytics implementation for new initiatives,
campaigns, pages, and websites, developing business and reporting
requirements as necessaryDevelop and deliver regular reporting
covering areas such as web traffic, content engagement, advertising
& paid search, social media traffic & engagement, email marketing,
lead generation & marketing automationPerform AB's analytics
implementation, ensuring new requirements are implemented in
accordance with current standards and are tested, identifying
issues and remedying as appropriateReport findings with data
visualizations that are easy to understandCommunicating insights
and providing solutions that have demonstrable resultsUnderstand
organizational focus, business needs, and objectivesDevelop, build,
and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and
performance metrics that support key business decisions while
automating repetitive tasks and reportingMinimum Knowledge, Skills,
And Tools5-7 years of experience with marketing analytics and
measurementProven track record of delivering appropriate reporting
and analysis in a B2B and/or B2C environment, leveraging relevant
technical solutionsDemonstrable experience in using analytics
platforms such as Google Analytics to collect, organize and deliver
relevant analytics reports and actionable insightHands-on
experience in analytics tagging (Google Tag Manager) and a solid
understanding of JavaScript to optimize site taggingExperience in
analyzing A/B or multivariant testing and personalization
initiatives to measure the success of such activities by
documenting results, learnings, and recommendationsFamiliarity with
marketing automation and lead scoring analysis using platforms such
as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo etcSelf-motivated
and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives
with limited oversightStrong communication skills, particularly
when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to business
and marketing stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable
insightExperience with reporting and visualization tools like Power
BI and/or TableauSkills: Excellent communication and organization
skills, creative and strategic problem solving, quantitative
analysis, ability to prioritize multiple projects and processes,
attentiveness to detail.Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's
