Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care Clinic Manager

Location: Bexar County

Overview:

Our client, a highly reputable Home Care agency, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with exceptional administrative skills to join their team. The RN will be responsible for updating care plans, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain patient care plans in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Conduct patient visit schedules to ensure that care plans are being followed and updated as necessary.
• Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews of patient charts to ensure that all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
• Work with agency leadership to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in agency meetings and trainings as required. Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active Texas nursing license, home care experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in home healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to travel throughout county as required.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Benefits:
