As part of that expansion, we are looking to bring on an experienced General Manager for both our primary plant in Texas and our expansion plant in the Midwest. Ideally, this person will have a proven track record of success within the meat processing/beef industry.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance, engineering, and facilities within a beef kill/slaughter plant. You will lead a team of maintenance managers, technicians and engineers, ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Your main objective will be to maximize uptime, minimize downtime, and optimize the operational efficiency of the plant.**This role will require relocation to Southern Texas or Missouri**Why join us?
