Senior Project Manager, Information Security & IT Infrastructure
Location: This position can be worked out of any US StandardAero site. A remote working arrangement within US may be available for this role.

As a Senior Project Manager, Information Security & IT Infrastructure -you will -be responsible for supporting Information Security and IT Infrastructure services and functions as well as providing support for related initiatives. The primary duties of this position include coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities, managing internal and external project resources. -
This position will leverage IT and PM strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Additionally, this position will create and maintain business systems analysis, reporting and dashboard. The nature of this work requires an individual whose background combines functional system expertise and business management skills with an understanding of information technology, and highly advanced problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
What you'll do:

• 
  
• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and Information Security projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stake holders, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful completion of project milestones.
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Ensures project scopes, team responsibilities, milestone dates, and the procurement strategy are clearly stated for all assigned projects.
  
• Apply technical expertise to understand and address the business, information security and technology requirements -
  
• Foster a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any project-related issues.
  
• Facilitates teams, including team chartering, group problem-solving, and/or process improvement work.
  
• Ensures the integration of sound project management principles and practices into all projects.
  
  What skills you will require: - - -
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's -degree in Computer Science or related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
    
  • Five (5) years of project management related experience
    
  • Ability to create and deliver influential large scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
    
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), technical understanding of large business technology environments, including operating systems, network systems, and business applications, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, etc.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments / projects simultaneously
    
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
    
  • Superior written / verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
