Relationship Manager I - Business Banker
Manage cash flow solutions for businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million, leveraging business acumen to facilitate conversations with clients and prospects.

About the Role
As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker, you will be based in our San Antonio Market, working with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio. You will develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  
• Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
  
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  
• Analyzes, evaluates, and mitigates credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
    
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
    
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk.
    
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills.
