• Leverage modern sales and recruitment strategies to connect with top talent and businesses -
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of Randstad's workforce solutions -
• Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers -
• Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
• Drive results through high volume sales activities -(lots of cold calls, drops, and on-site client meetings)
• Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's potential
• Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
• Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates -
• Market talent to make certain they land the right job
• Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent What you need to bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of outbound B2B/B2C sales experience -
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred -
  • Proven track record of excelling in the past roles -
  • Strong technical competency and ability to leverage digital tools -
  • Results driven mindset with success in a metrics-driven -environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills -
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
