We provide a pathway from crushing debt to financial independence.We have helped thousands of Americans save over $55M on medical bills and developed a leading process for analyzing and reducing such bills.Our growth is focused on two areas: shifting from direct-to-consumer to B2B2C channels to expand access, and broadening our capabilities to assist with various debt types.The CEO's Mission(s)The CEO will lead Resolve in scaling both dimensions of growth, supported by the founder, operational team, and advisors. The role involves three key responsibilities:

• Strategic and tactical leadership

• Collaborate with the Board, founder, team, and advisors to define strategic direction
• Set and adjust priorities for the team as needed
• Engage with the Palm Venture Studios' ecosystem
• Driving revenue growth
  • Expand and optimize our B2B marketing, positioning, and outreach
  • Partner with benefits brokers, PEOs, and enterprises to tailor solutions to their needs
  • Secure key contracts and expand our enterprise customer pipeline
  • Product expansion
    • Develop the strategic plan for new capabilities, including servicing other debt types (via partnerships, acquisitions, or internal development)
    • Maintain Resolve's brand as a positive, consumer-focused entity in a challenging industryQualifications
      • Senior leadership experience, preferably in early-stage fintech, with close collaboration with CEOs and Boards
      • Proven success in revenue growth through B2B and B2B2C partnerships
      • Strong team-building and leadership skills
      • Excellent strategic communication abilities
      • Experience in business development and strategic partnerships
