Spectrum Inside Sales Director (Bilingual-Spanish)

Spectrum Inbound Sales Director is responsible for managing the day to day operation of the Inbound Sales center in San Antonio, TX. Specifically, managing a group of 9-10 inbound sales managers, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales and yield targets, while ensuring the team meets its operational commitments as it relates to productivity, reliability, and customer experience. This role requires 50+ hours per week, and it involves working on weekends as needed, being on call to assist with emergencies, performance deficiencies, as well as corporate, and local customer escalations. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for leading and supporting the line managers * Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales units, and yield targets, such as; PSU Yield, Bundle Rate %, etc. * Responsible for meeting or exceeding Average Handle Time, Productivity, Adherence to Schedule, and Reliability expectations * Responsible for working closely with the site VP, Director of Ops and Director of HR on key site and corporate initiatives * Work in concert with the rest of the senior onsite leadership to ensure the Inbound Sales site is in compliance with laws and regulations relating to call center operations * Assist executive leadership in developing business plans that include capacity planning, technological infrastructure development, process improvement, etc. * Recommend and implement new strategies and tactics necessary to support department growth and compliance * Ability to create an employee/performance driven culture at all levels of the organization * Create a culture to improve sales performance through better processes, technology and methodologies * Develop sound and timely business practices to drive short and long term sales performance * Interface with other departments through written and verbal communications, specifically, but not limited to; Marketing, Operations, Field, Legal, etc. * Develop action plans and implement tactics to maximize sales employees and sales leaders' output * Work in concert with Learning and Development as well as Human Resources to develop and train talent * Focus on resolving all corporate and local originated escalations inside of 24 hours of receipt * Responsible for the creation and submission of all sales performance reports, working closely with the Director of Operations * Ability to work on weekends remotely and onsite when business needs dictate REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge * Strong sales aptitude with verifiable track record of success leading sales operations in a call center environment * Background in leading managers in an inbound/outbound sales intense environment * Proven sales and service performance in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, with demonstrated ability to build teams, organizational capability, processes, and required tools and technology solutions * Deep understanding of Call Center best practices in selling, service, and profitable operation * Must have the analytical skills required to effectively analyze business results, and implement strategies or tactics required to optimize/correct business performance * Creative thinker and problem solver * Ability to work in a team setting effectively * Ability to deal with multiple priorities and effectively prioritize * Ability to write and speak fluent Spanish a plus EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Number of Years Sales Experience 10+ Call Center Leadership Experience 8-10+ Management experience 8+ WORKING CONDITIONS * Office environment * Travel as required ? 2 to 3 times/year The Spectrum brands (including Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach) are powered and innovated by Charter Communications.
