Company is a Venture Equity provider that acquires, invests in, advises, and operates B2B SaaS companies. The Company family includes: Qualaroo, Keen, Earth Class Mail, FileStack, Chargify, and Mailgun.
You: Have an entrepreneurial mindset Are AWESOME at whatever it is you do - we bet on raw talent over tenure. Have experience building software - Proven experience in a SaaS company Live in or are willing to move to San Antonio, Texas . The reality is that in a small company where everything is up for debate and change is constant, being able to huddle in a room or chat over a coffee is what gives startups superpowers when competing with large companies. We have a great office downtown in San Antonio where most portfolio companies HQ. It’s not a co-working space, every company has their own area - but it is one building - so we peers do get to collaborate and learn from each other - accelerating learning and growth.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial CEO for one of our businesses . You will wear many hats: setting strategy, building relationships with customers, marketing, hiring employees, managing the budget, and taking out the trash. How scrappy can you be
To thrive as a CEO in a Company business you must be able to inspire others. You will be building and leading a team based in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.
You will be operating fairly autonomously but with support and collaboration from Company founders. Have a read of our 6-Principles and make sure you are aligned with our mindset of how we approach business! We hire for talent over tenure. You need to be able to see the big picture and vision what the future looks like You are a hands-on person with can-do attitude Experience in SaaS
