The Critical Care Clinical Support Resource Nurse supports multiple units. The Critical Care Clinical Support Resource Nurse provides guidance and education on the hospital's standard of nursing practice, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.What You Will Do In Your Role:You will perform rounds on each nursing unit; continuously observing, assessing the quality of patient care, and identifying nursing educational needs. You will escalate concerns about nursing skills, patient care, policies, processes, and equipment as appropriate, while utilizing your observation skills. You will provide feedback on nursing assessments, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation of patient care, and providing feedback and mentoring on patient assessments and care planning.You will provide assistance with performing or troubleshooting specific skills, and maintain IMobile phone for easy contact by new graduates or nurses within scope of support.
