Impact Medical is a leading provider of wound care education and supplies in the Long-Term Care (LTC) space and is looking to add an experienced nurse to our staff. We look for candidates with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, the capability to work independently, and the ability to teach and train other nurses and care givers in healing and caring for patients with chronic and acute wounds. The ideal candidate has experience in senior care, with a customer-centric approach and the clinical and professional expertise to make a significant contribution to the care of long-term care center residents.
Location: -San Antonio, TX -
Job Type: -Full-time
Schedule: -Monday through Friday -
Pay Range: -$60,000-$70,000 + Company Vehicle

Duties/Responsibilities
- - - - - - -Schedule rounds with assigned LTC facilities for consulting on resident wound care.
- - - - - - -Provide education to LTC staff on appropriate documentation requirements to maintain compliancy with state and federal requirements.
- - - - - - -Teach and train relevant LTC staff on how to heal and care for wounds.
- - - - - - -All duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Abilities and Expectations
- - - - - - -Associate degree or higher.
- - - - - - -LPN/RN.
- - - - - - -Wound care certification or relevant experience.
- - - - - - -Some travel required.
- - - - - - -Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire is required.
- - - - - - -Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships.
- - - - - - -Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- - - - - - -Ability to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
- - - - - - -Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability. -
