Job Description:

Methodist Healthcare, the largest provider of cardiovascular services in South Texas, is recruiting an aortic and cardiothoracic surgeon to join an established practice and lead a growing aortic program.Qualified Candidates:
Aortic and cardiothoracic trained surgeon will lead aortic program in collaboration with current cardiothoracic surgeons
Board certified or board eligible with at least 5 years clinical experience in routine and complex aortic surgery, structural and various other cardiac/cardiovascular surgery
Preferably at least 5 years of clinical experience after dedicated aortic fellowship and established leadership role or strong leadership potential
Aortic focused with passion for aortic surgery, leadership, and mentorship to junior surgeons
Superb communication skills, track record of strong leadership abilities (formal or informal), and a passion for program development and collaboration
Eligible for an unrestricted medical licensure in Texas requiredIncentive/Benefits Package:
