Charge Nurse - Weekend Doubles Full Time *ADDING MORE NURESES TO EACH SHIFT*_10:00 PM to 6:00 AM _Set rotation schedule 4 days on / 2 days offPay Range $27-28/hour. Harbor Valley is the fastest growing nursing facility in south San Antonio serving Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care residents. LVN or RN. Duties include:* Use PointClickCare for patient documentation* Coordinate med pass with Med Aides* Complete routine patient evaluations* Communicate with physicians and families as needed* Coordinate with Care Plan team on resident updatesHarbor Valley is an incredibly beautiful building and the staff have build a culture of positivity and serving our community.
