Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Document patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience required in Medsurg and Telemetry.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS required.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact required.
  • PALS required within 30 days of hire at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital or SPOHN.Work Schedule7PM - 7AMWork TypeFull Time
