Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients and families.Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers on health conditions, treatments, and self-care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitionsRequirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- BLS requiredWork Schedule7AM - 7PMWork TypeFull Time
