Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and products to patients in a hospital setting.

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves providing pharmaceutical care and products to patients of all ages, including inpatients and outpatients.
