Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in a fast-paced hospital environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
• Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
  • RN License in state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification.Work Schedule: PRN
    Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
