Job SummaryThe UT Health San Antonio is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse III to join our Observation Unit team. As a licensed staff nurse, you will provide professional direct patient nursing care to a diverse patient population and function at the proficient level.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assist with exams, treatment, and maintenance of medical records
• Coach and mentor department staff in areas of clinical and professional practice
• Model compassionate communication with physicians and the healthcare team
